A city in the middle of the country, a town country

In a tourist area a social harmonic development can be created that releases together with the working
necessities, food and social relations worthy of a city offering health and entertainment at low cost.

1) An alternative way of living, efficient and happy with all necessary communications.

2) the town country ready to accommodate a large movement of population by avoiding urban migration and poverty. (a parachute made up by various forms prepared in case of social emergency).

3) Constructions (x8) scattered in the country to accommodate holiday farms or agriculture and handicraft people who are not tied to the city for work or pensioners.

4) Free mass pensioners who find once again their
activity by bringing their experience.

areas for the refugees self-maintenance to avoid inflation,
misappropriation, hunger, harmful inactivity etc..

People are always seeking for things that have just past by,

Many missionaries head towards the third world countries
taking along few things other than their faith, whereas they
leave behind in their own country many desperate pensioners
who know that they cannot live in their country with the pension
since the high cost of living standards will not enable anyone to
live with a pension of 30% of the salary.

In Japan pensioners can look for a working activity also
for senior citizens.
In Italy, in spite of the fact that he pensions are not delayed in arriving
less then 30%, an extra activity, even an illegal one, is not possible
for an Italian (senior citizen) who isn't into politics therefore the
"pulling of the string" will be pretty hard.

Vice versa a small capital and the technical,know how are
are what is needed in the "third world countries", it
can produce work and wealth for a whole area, if
the first investment is followed by a subsidized finance.
The "missionaries" visit will bring the desired wealth in a
short time enabling the local population, the "missionary"
or pensioner to enjoy the benefits.

My idea is that to create accommodation facilities for both the
pensioners and the refugees whom are seeking for peace, as
their useless profits in their own country and capitalised abroad
to give them safety, and to bring wealth by means of work and
formation of the local population that often live in depressed
areas even in rich countries.

In a rich country of tourism resources, I own a territory
overlooking the Caribbean sea larger than a small Republic.
In that area the concurrence of interests could be developed
in the way I just described.
The sum for various necessities can constitute a valid
solution to problem also related to the industry,
would find possible buyers from abroad.

On internet there is no communication service for
industries besides the expo-export.com portal, that
enables everyone to enter free of charge the names
of producing companies (with address and country)
in each category of their products, in order to make
them available to the whole world.

Epileptic friends and family

Three large groups of people tied by a problem from
which they should be partly freed: the problem of convulsions.
Being a victim of convulsions causes many psycological
and social problems that isolate "the victim" and
create great inconveniences to the families and firends and suffering.

In order to resolve or at least to abate the negative effects
of this all, I suggest the formation of an association
that helps, is possible, the victims to come out of the problem,
that isn't considered a real illness even by medicine,
to gets them help each other, to eventually
strengthen them psychologically,
in order to relieve the families by eliminating the invalidating
effects through work and personal autonomy.

Many years ago, I completely resolved this problem by myself,
I leraning many things that can be of great help in avoiding the
useless and dangerous research of doctors and medicines,
so as to create a mutual assistance centre that resolves the
main social and psychological problems.
